Guillaume Dalibot

Founder & Katko Fund Portfolio Manager

Guillaume founded Katko Capital in 2019 following a 20-year career in Equity markets. After an initial professional experience as corporate banker in China, Guillaume joined Credit Suisse in London in 1999 as a sell-side equity analyst. In 2001 he became part of the consumer goods team which won several awards for the quality of its research. In 2008 he joined Alken Asset Management in London as a buy-side equity analyst. During his tenure with Alken Asset Management assets under management rose from approximately €2bn to over €10bn. He then became the portfolio manager of La Financière de l'Echiquier's flagship fund with approximately €1.5bn of assets under management. Guillaume graduated from EDHEC in France. Guillaume is an investor in Katko Fund.

Pierre Laccourreye

Katko Fund Co-Portfolio Manager

Pierre joined Katko Capital in September 2019 as an Analyst and was subsequently promoted to Portfolio Manager alongside Guillaume Dalibot. Pierre previously worked at Gestion 21 as an equity analyst for their FCP Actions 21 and OFG Recherche, an equity research boutique specialised in corporate governance. Pierre graduated from ESSEC in France. Pierre is an investor in Katko Fund.



Louis Delahaye

Analyst

Louis joined Katko Capital in January 2023 as an Analyst. Prior to joining Katko Capital, he was an analyst at Guardian Capital Management B.V., a public and private technology fund based in Amsterdam. Before joining Guardian Capital Management B.V., Louis interned at Comgest in their emerging markets team, at Mobius Capital Partners in London and at La Financière de l’Echiquier in their ESG team. Louis graduated from ESCP in France.

Denis Dalibot

Denis is Guillaume Dalibot’s father. He is former chairman of the supervisory board of Agache, the holding company of the Arnault family that controls DIOR and LVMH. Living in Belgium, Denis is the representative of Bernard Arnault in Belgium. Denis joined Bernard Arnault in 1987 as Chief Financial Officer and later he was promoted CEO of Financière Agache. He was on the board of several Companies of the Group, including DIOR. Denis brings to Katko Capital his outstanding experience of managing complex corporate issues as well as his understanding of what brings long term business success.

Thibaud Gachet

Thibaud met Guillaume Dalibot in 1997 when both of them were working in Shanghai. Today he is a Partner at Ekkio Capital, an independant private equity manager specialised in high-potential growing French and European SME’s with a focus on Tourism & Leisure, Healthcare & Beauty, Control & Security. He joined Ekkio in 2004 following 6 years at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young (restructuring and audits). Thibaud brings to Katko Capital his sector expertise ans his perspective on private markets.

Charlie Mills

Charlie recruited Guillaume Dalibot in his team in 2001. He spent over 30 years in London as a financial analyst at HSBC, UBS and Credit Suisse tracking the consumer staples companies. He was ranked the second highest analyst (all sectors) by Institutional Investor 1985-2015, and voted “City Analyst” of the year in 2009. He was a managing director for 14 years at Credit Suisse and headed the European research department for 4 years and was ranked best head of research in 2011. Charlie brings to Katko Capital his outstanding skills in equity research and deep understanding of capital markets. He is an investor in Katko Fund.
